Sales Performance International (SPI) was thrilled to attend the 47thAnnual L-TEN Conference, the largest Life Sciences and Trainers Network, last week! The four-day meeting was held at the beautiful JW Marriott Desert Ridge in sunny Phoenix, Arizona and was dedicated to advancing global Life Sciences and learning through workshops, learning labs, and dedicated networking opportunities. SPI was proud to be recognized as a Preferred Industry Partner at L-TEN 2018.

The 47thL-TEN Conference kicked off with a night of booth engagement and a cocktail reception, which allowed exhibitors to engage with one another and share information. All while enjoying a sponsored hand-crafted cocktail or cool beverage. We enjoyed having the opportunity to spend time with other exhibitors and customers, learning their needs and gaining insight into the Life Sciences industry. During day two of the conference, Brad Ansley, Director of SPI Health, led an attendee-filled Learning Lab on closing skills gaps faster and more economically by integrating talent assessments, adaptive learning, sales playbooks and analytics into one platform. L-TEN’s integration of Learning Labs within the conference hall gave exhibitors and vendors opportunities to pop into quick micro-learning sessions without missing engagement opportunities at their booths, and to attend multiple learnings in one afternoon. L-TEN made sure to include time for evening fun with an exhibitor-sponsored full reception, complete with a spread of delicious southern supper favorites and a live-band. Our Sales Performance International Health team had a blast further engaging with conference attendees and deepening connections we’d made during the previous days.

Our final exhibit day at the L-TEN Conference began bright and early with an SPI and Philips Healthcare Workshop led by Director of SPI Health, Brad Ansley, SPI Senior Sales Consultant Nick Maslanka and Mandy Dunnuck, Director, Leadership Development & Selling Skills at Philips. Workshop participants learned how Sales Performance International helped Philips establish a unified sales process across an entire sales organization in just 12 months. Workshops at L-TEN gave participants longer learning opportunities, where presenters could provide more in-depth knowledge of the subject matter and engage in detailed discussion.

Sales Performance International left L-TEN with a wealth of knowledge and many new connections. We were so excited to be a part of such an educational and truly fun conference and we are eagerly looking forward to next year!
