SolutionSpeak™ is a unique presentation methodology designed specifically for salespeople who focus on selling high-value solutions. The course teaches sellers key elements of delivering high impact presentations along various key points in the sales cycle.It also aligns with key principles of Solution Selling® so that presenters effectively connect with the critical issues of buyers and message appropriately.While other presentation programs may prepare participants to speak in front of crowds, SolutionSpeak™ prepares students to deliver solution-driven sales and marketing presentations that are more differentiated, concise, and effective.
Workshop Overview:
SolutionSpeak™ is a 2-day program designed to give participants the skills to understand and align with their buyer/audience. Participants are given the tools to differentiate themselves by creatively capturing and then connecting with their audience. Establishing credibility, competency and trustworthiness are the cornerstone concepts. By learning how buyers buy, both behaviorally and procedurally, participants learn to give effective presentations to the right person at the right time with the right information.
A key training component to presentation improvement is discovering proper visual aid usage. Other topics covered are; handling questions effectively, dynamic body language techniques and successful meeting and webinar management.
Exercises are conducted utilizing small group dynamics as well as individual opportunities. Participants come to class prepared to deliver a presentation for a real life opportunity and receive feedback to improve that presentation. Final day presentations demonstrate understanding and execution of newly acquired presentation skills.
Participants leave with the knowledge and ability to develop and deliver more persuasive Buyer-Aligned presentations.
