“Well, the decision was taken before I joined Fujirebio. What we were looking for was a way to introduce solution selling, the sales process, but without adding too much complexity,” Olivier explains.
He continues, “We have gotten the training. I myself had the training. We adapted our CRM system. We developed a lot of tools connected to the CRM system and I can say that that is working without adding complexity, meaning that you can keep focus to the customer facing time. That’s basically what we see.”
