KEITH M. EADES
Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Keith Eades has dramatically changed the face of selling in the past thirty years and is a leading authority of marketing and sales performance improvement. ROBERT KEAR
Chief Marketing Officer, Partner

Robert Kear has over 20 years of extensive, hands-on experience in all facets of technology industry management, including marketing, sales methodology, software engineering, professional services delivery, and P&L accountability. Kear is also the co-author of The Solution-Centric Organization and a frequent guest speaker at client and partner events.

Before joining SPI, Kear was VP of Marketing Strategy and CRM Strategy for JD Edwards & Company, where his role was the development of CRM strategy and deployment of methodologies to drive value-based marketing disciplines. From 1994-2001, he was co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer of YOUcentric, an enterprise customer relationship management (CRM) software company, where he was responsible for all aspects of corporate strategy, market planning and execution, and product direction.

Kears's other formative experience includes technology and management positions at Broadway & Seymour, ITT Telecom, and Wrangler. He holds advanced and undergraduate degrees in mathematics from East Carolina University.

DOUG HANDY
Chief Financial Officer, Director

Doug Handy is the Chief Financial Officer for Sales Performance International. Since 1999 he has been responsible for the overall financial management of the company.He manages day to day activities including financial reporting, treasury management, accounting, information technology, forecasting, planning and investor relations.

From 1994 to 1999, Handy worked with various entrepreneurial companies seeking recapitalization or other strategic transactions. Prior to 1994, Handy worked as a Mergers and Acquisition Analyst for American Express and later First Data Corporation. Doug began his professional career as a senior and staff auditor for Ernst & Young.

Handy, a Certified Public Accountant, received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Appalachian State University in 1987.

SEAN R. DESNOYER
Chief Operating Officer, Logistics and Staffing

Sean R. DesNoyer joined SPI in 1989, after 13 years in the hospitality industry. He has extensive project management, client services and implementation experience.

DesNoyer has managed global client initiatives for IBM, Microsoft, StorageTek and other global organizations. Most importantly, he is responsible for the worldwide management and scheduling of all of SPI's professional resources, consulting services and programs. He is also responsible for ensuring a quality client experience. Prior to joining SPI, DesNoyer held senior positions as Resident Manager for both Hyatt and Marriott. He managed all facets of hotel operations, including sales.

DesNoyer is a graduate of Michigan State University.

TIM SULLIVAN
Director, Business Development

Tim Sullivan brings over 25 years of sales, marketing, and management consulting experience to his role as Director of Business Development at SPI. Before joining SPI in 2002, he held senior roles at Siebel Systems, OnTarget, and Culpepper & Associates. Tim is a frequent public speaker and published author on advanced sales and marketing practices.

Sullivan received a degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
