Sales Effectiveness Consultant/Facilitator
Job Description
We are currently looking for qualified consultants/facilitators to join the Sales Performance International (SPI) team. This position is responsible for delivering sales process, methodology and skills training to SPI clients. Instructors must be able to prepare, deliver, and reinforce effective SPI engagements in a workshop environment, as well as, events over the web. This position also requires a person to understand and articulate at a high-level SPI’s vision, capabilities, business value, and offerings.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deep understanding of all SPI implementation and Solution Selling® product and service offerings
- Assist in the development and customization of workshop materials
- Work with seller to understand client expectations and ensure needs are met
- Conduct pre-workshop call with client management
- Debrief client management team on strengths, weaknesses, and next steps
- Keep attendees interested and engaged during a multi-day workshop
- Provide coaching and reinforcement solutions to clients in order to help with adoption
- Prepare workshop summary reports and metrics
Requirements
- 3-10 years of successful selling experience in related fields or equivalent in sales training 2-5 years of sales management or operations experience
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Understanding of sales process and supporting methodologies: sales cycle execution, planning, and management.
- Ability to articulate oneself in a clear, concise way
